Position

International law relating to children in particular child abduction, jurisdictional disputes, both external and internal relocation cases and all other areas of family work with respect to children. Particular interests – experience in work concerning the Sub-Continent and Middle East, and the representation of children in abduction proceedings. Indira also has extensive experience in Hague and non-Hague abduction cases, and relocation cases involving other jurisdictions all over the world.
