Mr Edmund Neuberger
Edmund specialises in international and domestic commercial disputes with particular emphasis on large-scale construction and engineering projects, IT, professional negligence, insurance and PFI/PPP related matters.
Edmund acts for parties involved in a wide range of disputes including major commercial construction contracts, railway infrastructure, energy and utility projects, waste and highway PFIs, professional negligence and domestic building projects.
He has acted as counsel in litigation and international arbitrations, as well as in the Court of Appeal. Recent examples concern a case in Hong Kong about engineering issues concerned with the design and construction of a number of blocks of residential apartments, the construction of a 1050MW coal fired power station in Asia, design and construction of a major luxury residential development in central London, power generation projects in the Philippines and Libya, cost management for the design and construction of two hotels and residential apartments in the south of England, and road and hospital PFIs.
