Position

Sarah advises on employment law, appearing for both claimants and respondents at pre hearing reviews, case management discussions, remedy hearings and final hearings. She has advised clients on unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, wrongful dismissal, sex discrimination, race discrimination, disability discrimination, whistleblowing, unlawful deduction from wages and illegal contracts of employment.

Her personal injury expertise includes undertaking cases on behalf of both claimants and defendants. She is regularly instructed to appear in small claims and fast track trials, and interlocutory applications in multi-track claims and has advised road traffic accident claims, including low velocity collisions, PI claims, including accidents at work and ‘slip and trip’ cases, credit hire, liability disputes, disposal hearings, infant settlements.
