Position

Nicholas is a specialist in criminal law who covers all offences. He usually undertakes defence work and specialises in fraud with a particular interest in professional ‘white-collar’ fraud which has taken him to court centres across the country. He deals with all other kinds of crime and is a CPS level two prosecutor. He is recognised to deal sympathetically with difficult defendants and young and vulnerable witnesses. In court he is noted for his courteous and unflappable approach. In difficult, and often last minute, circumstances he is considered to be a very safe pair of hands.
