Katie is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and Higher Courts Litigator.

She has considerable experience handling opposition proceedings before the Community and Trade Marks Office in French and German as well as her native English.

Katie is noted for her expertise in both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a strong focus on trade marks, copyrights, designs and domain names. She assists a broad range of clients including individuals, SMEs and major international corporations with extensive IP portfolios.

Katie speaks regularly at conferences on a wide range of subjects and also assists students preparing for the CITMA qualifying exams.
