Claudia is a Partner advising a diverse client base of property investors, retailers, institutional clients and mortgagees in relation to all commercial property and non-contentious construction matters. She works in both the commercial property and construction areas with a particular focus on the retail and hotel sectors. She is experienced in purchase, sale, refinance and restructuring transactions in commercial property and construction matters.
Trained in Germany; qualified in Germany 2000; qualified in England and Wales 2003; Pemberton Greenish 2001-04; DMH Stallard 2004-08; Healys 2008-11; partner Kerman & Co 2011 to 2021. Kerman & Co combined with Armstrong Teasdale in 2021.
