Kristina Cornish leads the team and recently defended Janssen Pharmaceutica against a revocation by Sandoz and Hexal in relation to its HIV-related drug Prezista. Gwilym Roberts acted for Container Development in an opposition appeal pertaining to its new design for the top of a drinks can, which is more protective than on a standard drinks can. Tim Copsey and Jim Miller defended Keter Plastics against a revocation by an anonymous party in relation to its Easy Go Breeze bucket. Also recommended is Nick Lee, who represented Harvard College in its European patent for its gene editing technology CRISPR. Richard Howson worked with Ecotricity on its global patent protection strategy. Howson also worked alongside Robin Lloyd in assisting Reaction Engines with its UK patent grants regarding the pre-cooler of one of its rocket engines.
