vClaudia is a partner in our trade marks team and handles a wide variety of trade mark and design matters in Benelux, the EU and abroad.

As a certified trade mark and designs attorney in Benelux, she brings experience in the following sectors: fashion, entertainment, food and beverage, cosmetics / personal care products and watches, among others. She handles both national and international clearance searches, filings, renewals and conflicts (including oppositions, cancellations, negotiations, drafting and finalizing coexistence agreements) and changes.

Growing up in Westland, a Dutch area famous for its greenhouses, Claudia has a special connection with, and interest in, the horticultural sector. This includes plant and flower varieties, fertilizers, vertical farming, robotics, related technical aspects such as lighting and climate control, and other areas of the sector. As such, she has presented on trade marks in relation to plant breeders’ rights and commercial plant variety names.

Before joining Kilburn & Strode, Claudia gained experience with two major trade mark and design firms in the Netherlands. She is appreciated by her clients for her enthusiasm, personal approach and practical advice.
