Paul deals with a range of mechanical and aeronautical subject matter, with particular experience in the automotive, marine, construction, and packaging fields.
Paul also specialises in giving strategic advice to clients on the development, management and acquisition of Intellectual Property portfolios. He also has particular experience in patent and design searching with respect to novelty, validity and infringement, and of the securitisation of Intellectual Property rights.
