Position

Graeme has specialised in personal injury litigation on behalf of trade union and private clients for more than 35 years. He acted for a number of families and survivors in claims arising out of the Piper Alpha disaster and also served on the Steering Committee of the Scottish Solicitors’ Myodil Group. He has represented victims and families in the Stockline disaster, the Air France disaster and the Super Puma Helicopter disaster. Graeme is head of Digby Brown’s foreign and travel law department and is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Pan-European Organisation of personal injury lawyers.
