Jeremy Smith leads the department at Bond Dickinson LLP, which is noted for its handling of tax aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, and tax-efficient restructurings. Recent highlights include advising Hydro International on the tax issues surrounding its £28m takeover by Ely Acquisition, acting for Polyframe Group on its acquisition of The Window Bureau, and assisting with the internal restructuring of REG Power Management. Associate Lee Parbery focuses on property transactions and was recently part of the team that handled the tax aspects of Noble Organisation’s £18m sale of Brighton Pier to Eclectic Bar Group. Other key strengths for the group include banking and employment related tax issues. Old Mutual Wealth, Esh Group and Hertshten Group are also clients.
