Senior Counsel Mark is Head of the Real Estate Developers and Investors team and specialises in strategic land assembly involving promotion agreements, options, conditional contracts,  collaboration agreements, cost and/or price equalisation agreements and development work for both the public and private sectors.  He also heads the firm’s Leeds office.  His clients include Commercial Estates Group, Leeds City Council and private landowners/landed estates with development sites.
