Career

Charlotte is a highly experienced trade mark attorney, having worked in the profession for over 20 years. Her clients come from a diverse range of sectors including pharmaceuticals, communications and media, and financial services.

Charlotte is experienced in advising clients on all aspects of trade mark clearance, filing and registration, as well as enforcement. Charlotte is also experienced in enforcing clients’ IP rights in the online sphere including handling proceedings before ICANN and Nominet.

She is often involved in contentious trade mark work, providing clients with pragmatic, commercially focused advice on protecting, defending and developing the value of their brands.

Charlotte joined J A Kemp in 2008 and became a partner in 2014.
