Position
Leontia McArdle is a senior associate and has a wide ranging litigation and dispute resolution practice, advising across a number of sectors with a prevalent focus on banking and finance; consumer credit and retail banking; and contentious commercial issues. Leontia has effectively represented clients and advanced clients' interests, across all aspects of the litigation spectrum: whether offering strategic advice and support in the preliminary stages; using available pre-action alternative dispute resolution processes, or in formal litigation proceedings (including experience of group litigation proceedings); and appeals. Leontia has experience of resolving disputes on a diverse range of issues, including breach of warranty claims; misrepresentation; directors' duties; company law and shareholder disputes; product liability, and consumer credit & PPI.

The team represented Maven Capital Partners UK on fraud, conspiracy, breach of warranty, breach of covenant and misrepresentation claims brought against two individuals and an international law firm following investment in a group of companies.
