Its work comprises a significant volume of CLO issuance on behalf of asset managers, CMBS transactions for special servicers, and a growing flow of work for non-bank lenders and players in the fintech market. It is involved in cutting-edge transactions, including the first green bonds European CMBS issuance and, for the issuer, the first STS transaction in Poland, which was also the largest securitisation ever in the Polish market. Global co-chair of finance and projects Martin Bartlam and global co-chair of financial services Mark Dwyer oversee the work of the securitisation practice, in which Vincent Keaveny is the lead practitioner. Steven Krivinskas (who is ‘a brilliant lawyer and an absolute pleasure to deal with‘) has broad experience in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions, acting for both financial institutions and borrowers.
