DLA Piper‘s practice combines experts in pensions, tax, structured finance, litigation, restructuring and funds, with the ability to draw on colleagues across the firm’s international office network, to advise on the spectrum of pensions issues; with a dedicated de-risking practice that is under the leadership of Amrit Mclean, in whom clients have ‘great confidence‘. The broader group led by Matthew Swynnerton, who has exceptional knowledge in auto-enrolment issues, and supported the UK government’s pensions minister on drafting the conditions for transfers regulations in November 2021. Key areas of focus include regulatory issues, warranty and indemnity insurance, pensions de-risking, insurtech and sanctions.
