Position

David is a partner whose practice primarily comprises M&A and strategic equity investments, with a focus on cross-border transactions. He is also experienced in advising on demergers and group reorganisations. He has particular experience of leading cross-border deals for major corporates in the Media, Sports and Entertainment and Tech sectors.  David acts for a wide range of international and leading national businesses. Notable recent transactions include advising shareholders on the sale of JustGiving to Blackbaud Inc and acting for Liberty Global and Discovery Communications on their minority equity investments in Formula E.
