Hugo Thistlewood acts for financiers and borrowers on transactions involving an array of industries including retail, real estate and  transport. Alex Regan has long-standing experience of project financing in addition to leveraged and acquisition finance, while David Lyons, who joined from Herbert Smith Freehills in December 2018, provides additional strength to the team. Kate Papailiou‘s work includes leading the team advising Transport for New South Wales on all aspects, including the financing, of the A$1bn billion project to replace the entire New South Wales regional rail fleet.
