The team is focused on providing advice on cross-border matters, including Laurent Massinon 's recent work (alongside numerous Nordic offices) for Nord/LB on the financing of a 13 turbine wind farm site in Sweden. The team has expertise in asset and project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, structured finance, debt capital markets, securitisation, alternative credit finance, regulatory and restructuring.

Tax: the firm has a client-tailored approach to developing tax structures that are robust and enable its clients to achieve their commercial objectives in a cost-effective manner.
