The ‘very dynamic’ team at DLA Piper is on an upward trajectory, with the arrival of the ‘very strong and hardworking’ Luis Muñoz in January 2021 from Allen & Overy Luxembourg adding further ballast to a growing team that now includes seven fee-earners that are focused on tax matters. Although it is fairly broad in the scope of work it handles, the team remains best-suited to handling multi-jurisdictional tax structuring work, particularly in the context of pan-European investment funds.
