'Excellent' practice head Kent Hägglund and Erik Selander, who is 'a skilled litigator with obvious knowledge of insolvency matters', acted as administrators for Nordic technology store Teknik Magasinet on its reorganisation including assisting with wage guarantee issues and handling negotiations with its landlords, creditors and banks. Insurance Tier 1DLA Piper's 'extremely competent and engaged' team is highly regarded in the field and has experience in transactional work, regulatory matters and cross-border disputes. The group is led by Bengt Kärde, who has significant expertise in arbitration and litigation proceedings in the insurance sector; other key names include Arthur Csatho, who handles contracts, M&A work, regulatory issues and disputes; and Alf-Peter Svensson, who specialises in licence applications to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
