Diana is Director of the Labor Law practice area. She advises employers on different day-to-day labor issues, as well as on social security issues and administrative procedures before the UGPP (Pension and Parafiscal Management Unit).

She has more than 10 years of experience advising companies and foreign workers in immigration law, obtaining visas, work permits and validation of titles in Colombia.

Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, she was director in the labor area of an important Colombian firm and an associate in other local firms. She was also a judicial assistant at the Constitutional Court.
