Rick Mulloy focuses on patent litigation, with an emphasis on managing multi-jurisdictional disputes involving multiple patents, parties and technologies.

Rick has extensive experience managing cases through trial in district courts throughout the US and in the International Trade Commission (ITC). He has represented clients in patent disputes involving a broad range of technologies, including computers and peripheral devices, wireless communication devices and protocols, medical devices and surgical techniques, chemical compositions, pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
