Steven Park focuses his practice on patent litigation and licensing, as well as counseling on patent portfolio management and enforcement of IP rights in the US and abroad.
Steve represents leading global technology companies and emerging businesses across a range of industries, including wireless communications, semiconductors and medical devices.
Steve’s patent litigation experience includes resolving numerous matters before US district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the US International Trade Commission. In counseling clients on patent licensing issues, he has successfully negotiated several multi-billion-dollar deals between global corporations and drafted numerous cross-border licensing agreements.
