Eric Grossman focuses his practice on private equity, leveraged buyouts, growth equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and counseling emerging growth companies with respect to general corporate and securities law matters.

Eric also has experience representing issuers with respect to their initial public offerings and subsequent reporting obligations.
