Eric Grossman focuses his practice on private equity, leveraged buyouts, growth equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and counseling emerging growth companies with respect to general corporate and securities law matters.
Eric also has experience representing issuers with respect to their initial public offerings and subsequent reporting obligations.
Eric has represented companies and investors in many different sectors, including telecommunications, cloud computing, wireless, computer software and hardware, e-commerce, mobile advertising and other mobile applications, web services and platforms, education, life sciences, healthcare IT and services, cyber security and intelligence, resource management platforms, medical devices and clean technologies.
