Carrie Hartley focuses her practice on securities offerings, SEC reporting compliance, corporate governance matters and general corporate law.

Carrie regularly advises public companies, boards of directors and board committees on corporate governance and compliance matters, capital raising, financial reporting obligations, investment and other strategic transactions.

DLA Piper LLP (US) advises on REIT formation, roll-up transactions, IPOs, secondary debt and equity offerings, acquisition and financing transactions, and M&A.
