Career

Justin Park is an IP litigator with extensive complex commercial litigation background.  He represents and advises multinational corporations in litigation matters worldwide, and has successfully represented some of the largest companies in Korea in patent and trademark litigation, complex cross-border business disputes, class action defense, arbitrations, and business torts matters.

Multinational businesses regularly seek Justin’s guidance to resolve disputes and pursue sensitive cross-border business and investment opportunities based on his track record and his aggressive and creative problem solving skills.  Because Justin’s client’s industries covers a broad spectrum, his experience covers a broad range of issues including intellectual property, torts, finance, contracts, real estate, securities, and entertainment.  Justin also assists Korean companies with their operations in the United States and in other international markets.

A significant facet of Justin’s practice involves the representation of Korean companies which naturally stems from his work experience and educational background. Justin was born and raised in South Korea and attended law school in Korea.  Justin’s background and experience facilitate an effective and efficient communication channel with his clients that lead to successful and cost-effective outcomes.
