Career
Amy Rubenstein serves as chief strategist and trial lawyer for clients in several industries, including chemical, pharmaceutical, professional services, insurance, manufacturing, and food and beverage. Amy draws on her deep trial and appellate experience to develop innovative solutions to resolve − and avoid − disputes. She effectively navigates the maze of legal, business, and compliance issues that her clients face, including leading sensitive internal investigations. Amy also has experience with direct defense of aging services facilities in lawsuits asserting professional liability, personal injury, negligence, elder abuse, wrongful death and other related claims.
