Matt Gruenberg is an experienced transactional lawyer who has represented and counseled clients in multiple industries and sectors primarily involving franchise and distribution law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and strategic partnerships, debt and equity financings, and real estate transactions.
Matt has advised companies and private equity firms in such industries as sports and fitness, restaurants and food service, fashion and apparel, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, entertainment, advertising and media, financial services, technology and textiles. Matt has led transactions across the Americas, Asia Pacific, the EU, Middle East and Africa.
