Levi W. Heath is a partner in the Los Angeles (Century City) office of DLA Piper LLP and is a member of the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Heath has extensive experience representing clients across several industries in a broad range of employment, complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, trademark disputes, consumer and employment class action defense, product liability and toxic tort defense, franchise litigation, and California Proposition 65 litigation. He has an active trial practice and has served as trial counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in jury trials and arbitration.
