Jeff Diener represents clients in the acquisition, finance, sale, development, management, restructuring and bankruptcy of hospitality, life science, technology and other real estate assets and businesses throughout the world.
His experience also includes joint venture structuring and formation and representing secured and unsecured creditors, buyers and debtors in various distressed company situations and in bankruptcy matters. Jeff has honed his skills and spent years abroad working in Asia and Europe. Jeff has broad experience working on hospitality transactions and enjoys collaborating with clients who are disrupting the real estate space.
