Meagan Pace is developing a broad-based practice in commercial litigation, including general corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions litigation. She has represented M&A transaction liability insurers in disputes arising under representations and warranties insurance, financial institutions in FINRA arbitrations, defendants in actions brought by the federal government, and shareholders in corporate governance matters. Meagan assists in representing clients throughout all phases of litigation, arbitration, and has experience representing clients in internal corporate investigations and compliance matters.
