Mrs Andra Trantea
Andra is a senior associate in the Employment practice of our Bucharest office.
Her employment expertise consists of advising domestic and international employers on complex individual employment agreements, collective agreements and negotiations with trade unions, restructuring of workforce, via both individual and collective reorganisation lay-offs, poor performance and disciplinary dismissals, labour disputes, as well as on equity and share profit incentive programmes and the implementation of various personal data processing policies.
As a background, Andra also has banking and finance expertise, being involved in cross-border transactions as well as in banking regulatory matters.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Andra was a member of the employment and finance & projects practices in the Bucharest office of Linklaters.
