Glenn heads the pack of the next generation of corporate lawyers in Northern Ireland. Glenn has been named an ‘Associate to Watch’ by Chambers & Partners and received a recommendation by Legal 500.

Glenn has significant expertise in both corporate and commercial matters, primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements and company restructurings.

He is also a member of the firm’s Energy team, and advises clients on commercial issues including the financing, construction and disposal or acquisition of renewable energy assets.

Mills Selig regularly advises on commercial contracts and licensing mandates involving software, particularly in relation to fintech, e-commerce and agriculture issues. Corporate partner Glenn Watterson leads the team, and counts major financial software company First Derivatives as a key client.

Litigator Emma Hunt jointly leads the practice and has represented clients in both patent and trade mark infringement cases. Also leading the team is Glenn Watterson, who focuses on non-contentious issues including handling licensing and registration matters for business start-ups.
