He has considerable experience in joint ventures, corporate finance, acquisitions and MBO/MBis as well as general corporate matters. John also has an extensive insolvency and restructuring practice acting for insolvency practitioners in company receiverships, liquidations, voluntary arrangements, administrations as well as individual insolvency. John has successfully advised purchasers in substantial insolvency transactions. Liquor licensing is a further area of expertise and Mills Selig act for the largest off licence client in Northern Ireland with over 130 licences. John lectures at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University on Insolvency Law and Company Law.
