Position

Lisa is a partner/director in the litigation department of Cleaver Fulton Rankin and heads the Procurement Unit. Whilst her expertise spans a number of practice areas including dispute resolution, mortgage repossession, construction, and PFI/PPP her particular focus is contentious and non-contentious procurement law. Lisa advises a range of clients including public bodies, companies and private indivduals.

Career

Having completed her training contract with Cleaver Fulton Rankin, Lisa was admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2006. She was made partner in 2012. Current directorships: Cleaver Fulton Rankin, Director. Publications of note: Lisa has published several articles on a variety of legal issues in the local press and business magazines, including the Belfast Telegraph and Northern Builder. Lisa is also regularly invited to give lectures on construction law topics to architectural students at Ulster University. Lisa also regularly delivers procurement seminars externally for the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), amongst others.
