Dechert LLP’s commercial litigation team is ‘highly responsive, well equipped and focused in its engagements’. In a significant move, Christina Guerola Sarchio joined the firm from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP; she brings an exceptional class action practice and notable trial expertise, complementing the department’s already significant trial capabilities. In a high-profile engagement, Andrew Levander, Linda Goldstein and Nicolle Jacoby are representing Fox News Network in sexual harassment and gender discrimination cases. Other leading partners in the team include litigation chair Matthew Larrabee, cross-border insolvency expert Dennis Hranitzky, Los Angeles office managing partner William Oxley and Philadephia-based Steven Bizar, who is ‘uniquely skilled in his ability to address highly complex matters in a manner that is consumable by all interested parties’.
