David L. Ansell advises financial services companies on a wide variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions; controlling and private equity investments in banks and bank holding companies; reorganizations and recapitalizations of distressed banks; and corporate finance transactions. He has significant experience in matters pending before various federal bank regulatory agencies including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Board and the Comptroller of the Currency, where he previously served as an attorney focusing on regulatory, legislative, and securities issues.
