Richard Frase advises on all aspects of financial services law. He has extensive experience of the legal and regulatory aspects of the UK financial services industry, gained in private practice, in-house, and with the regulators, covering both wholesale and retail markets and including regulation and compliance, derivatives and trading documentations.

US-qualified partner Karen Anderberg excels in handling big-ticket work for major funds clients including on the regulatory issues associated with ensuring distribution arrangements are compliant with the various global regulations including on compliance with MiFID ii. The arrival in September 2017 of Monica Gogna from Ropes & Gray LLP further strengthens the team that also includes the well regarded Richard Frase, who as well as his fee-earning work also chair's the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) working group covering product governance.
