Co-managing partner Sabina Comis has established Dechert LLP as one of the market’s go-to practices for sophisticated private equity work, spanning transactions and fund formation, a remarkable combination in the market. The compact team, which runs mostly as a stand-alone practice, is in high demand and worked on a high number of transactions in 2021. Large French, US and UK and mid-size funds are clients, as well as leading French family offices and high-level CEOs in relation to fund formation and investment work.
