Career

Ysabelle Vuillard focuses her practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts such as agency, distribution and service agreements. Ms. Vuillard has extensive experience coordinating all corporate issues and litigation for several international clients, including Revlon and Carat Security Group. Ms. Vuillard’s practice also includes banking and financial matters, corporate reorganizations, and joint ventures and she works closely with Dechert’s London, Luxembourg, Dublin and Boston offices regarding the distribution and passporting in Belgium of foreign funds, including UCITS and AIF.

Ms. Vuillard has represented numerous leading investment advisors and institutional investors, including Alger, Brandes, Calamos, Eleva Capital, Fidelity, Fisher Investment, Janus, Pershing Square International, Ltd., Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd, and PIMCO.

Ms. Vuillard is also an architect of Dechert’s World Compass, an innovative marketing compliance subscription service that offers investment firms advice in more than 100 jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Vuillard served as a corporate and finance associate at another international law firm.
