Geoffroy Fink, LL.M. is a senior associate in the corporate and securities group. His main areas of expertise include corporate law, mergers and acquisition, capital markets and securities law as well as corporate and commercial litigation. He has advised clients in all kinds of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and private equity transactions, both domestic and cross-border.

Prior to joining Dechert in 2010, Mr. Fink worked for several major national law firms in Brussels and for the London branch of a major international bank.
