The majority of William’s cases are before the UK High Court but involve harmonisation with parallel proceedings in Europe (including in the EPO), the US and Asia.  He has also acted for clients in confidential arbitrations and mediations. His commercial work involves advising clients in a diverse range of industries, including motor racing and interior design.
