Position

Michael heads Dentons' Employment practice in the UK. His practice encompasses proceedings in the Employment Tribunal and the High Court, employment contracts and service agreements, bonus and incentive arrangements, restrictive covenants, grievance and disciplinary procedures, and equal opportunities policies. He is also experienced in handling difficult TUPE and employment issues arising in relation to the outsourcing of services in both the private and public sectors, the latter including advice to central government departments and agencies on complex procurement projects. Michael regularly advises on the employment aspects of business and company sales and acquisitions, and the defence of complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. He is also an expert in the field of employee competition issues.
