Position

Richard is an M&A partner handling multi-national transactions with a particular emphasis on emerging markets. He co-ran the firm’s corporate department in London before moving onto the firm’s board and Global Advisory Committee. Qualified as an English solicitor and French avocat, he has worked for the firm in New York and previously ran the firm’s offices in Paris and Brussels. He now leads a number of the firm’s largest corporate client relationships and acts on some of the firm’s highest profile work.
