Co-leader of the firm's global Life Sciences and Health industry practice and a member of Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

Position

Extensive experience representing life sciences companies in a wide array of high-stakes disputes. These include litigation involving the use, coverage, safety, manufacturing, recall, efficacy and reimbursement of products, qui tam actions brought under various state and federal statutes, false claims actions brought by state and federal entities, and commercial and advertising disputes among competitors. Ms. Hall has successfully handled individual cases, class actions, and mass claims in multi-district proceedings. She also advises clients on dispute avoidance, litigation management, and internal investigations.

Career

Joined Dentons as a partner in 2008. Prior to that she was a partner at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP where she was an attorney from 1988 to 2008. In addition to her leadership of the Life Sciences and Health Care sector, Ms. Hall serves on the executive committee of Dentons' Women's Leadership & Growth Network.

At Dentons, the group advises a diverse range of clients in the pharmaceutical industry, including manufacturers, distributors and service providers. In New Jersey, group co-head Jeffrey Baumel, Ilan Katz and Ira Kotel led advice to PharmAthene on a $100m merger with Altimmune. Dallas-based Robert Hanson has been representing Monsanto in various patent matters, including opposition proceedings. The group is also headed by Stephanie Seidman in San Diego and Peg Donahue Hall in Dallas.
