Edward Keller is a partner in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practices of Dentons. With almost two decades of experience, Edward specializes in complex cross border M&A transactions for multinational clients, as well as for private equity and venture capital clients. A key focus of Edward’s cross border M&A practice has been the developing markets (in particular in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Southeastern Europe (SEE)).

Edward also has substantial capital markets experience representing public and private issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders in both equity and debt offerings, including with respect to US-registered offerings, Rule 144A offerings, and Regulation S private placements.

Dentons advised Budapest Airport on the $1.6bn material restructuring of all current debts of the Budapest Airport Group and advised UniCredit and MUFG as co-ordinators on a €750m revolving credit facility for MOL. Banking and finance head Gergely Horváth, counsel Gábor Király and associate Gabriella Pataki are key members of the department, as is US-qualified lawyer Edward Keller, who leads the capital markets team.
