Position
Alex is the head of Dentons’ legacy Tax practice in the UK. He advises on a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial and real estate tax issues for a wide variety of clients across all key industry sectors (Energy, Transport, Infrastructure, Financial Institutions, Real Estate, Retail, Technology, Media, Entertainment and Sports).
Alex works on mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and restructurings, joint ventures, venture capital, fund transactions and real estate transactions (with particular emphasis on SDLT planning).
Alex provides international tax planning advice to clients doing business overseas, particularly in jurisdictions where we have overseas offices.
