Dan is a leader in Dentons’ Tier 1 ranked Technology practice and has more than 20 years’ specialist experience in major strategic sourcing projects and technology transactions, advising both suppliers and customers.

He has extensive experience of advising for ERP implementations, system integration, software development, cloud services, cyber security, e-commerce, application maintenance, SaaS, IaaS and networks. Dan also advises in relation to Internet of Things, DLT/ blockchain projects, software audits and AI. He has a particular expertise in structuring and negotiating sourcing and technology transactions in the energy, manufacturing, retail and financial services sectors, both nationally and globally.
