Corporate partner practising in Aberdeen and the North East of Scotland with particular expertise in M&A transactions, business start-ups, joint ventures and reorganisations in the energy, aquaculture and food & drink sectors.  Recent transactions include acting for the management team in the MBO of a construction company, acting for the buyer in a pre-pack purchase of an oil service business, the reorganisation of a farming partnership and acting for sellers in the disposal of on-shore wind farms.
