Stephen’s numerous years of experience working with the various stakeholders involved in construction projects, enables him to bring a broad range of skills to meet the expectations of owners including municipalities, developers, project managers, contractors, and design professionals when they seek legal advice on the numerous issues that can arise during the design, development, delivery and resolution of disputes of construction projects.

In connection with his insurance law practice, Stephen is sensitive to the cost certainty needs of insurers, and the risk management needs of insureds. He provides insurance coverage advice to insurers and insureds.
